CyberWallet is an scure crypto wallet allowing users to manage their crypto assets with access permissions and data encryption. CyberWallet allows to create and manager their crypto assets in multiple blockchains, send and receive crypto invoices.
Our main goal is to give our users a strong authentication method to online services they use daily, while maintaining their user privacy. This document is aimed to describe the privacy-preserving work principles that make an integral part of CyberWallet technology and processes.
If you voluntarily provide your PII for us to provide the Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or obtained consent from the legal guardian or the holder of parental responsibility.
If we discover that we have allowed a user under 16 to access and use our Services, we will remove such an account and erase all information associated with it. If you're under 16, please don’t provide any information to CyberWallet Services.
By using CyberWallet, including downloading our mobile application, or visiting our website, you agree to the use, disclosure, and procedures outlined in this Policy. If you disagree, please do not use or access CyberWallet Services.
PII is any kind of information that can be used to identify, locate, or contact a single person, such as the user's name, email address, phone number, or any other non-public information. We provide the necessary physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the PII we process and maintain to rule out the risk of unauthorized access to data and its misuse.
You don’t have to submit any personal data in order to use our Website, but we may collect personal data about you that you voluntarily choose to provide to us and your activities on the CyberWallet website that we automatically collect as you interact with the Website. In order to fully use our provided Services, any user will be required to perform two tasks: initial registration with our Services and subsequent authentication with the Service.
Registration is the foundation of all subsequent CyberWallet operations related to that account, and is a very important operation that must be taken particularly seriously. When you sign up for our Services, we ask you to provide us with some personal information. If we use personal information in a way that is different than the purpose of collection, we will ask for your consent.
To register a CyberWallet account, you will need to provide your email address and choose a password. The verification code will be sent to your email address and will be valid for only 30 minutes.
Please note that we use the term “user verification” to refer to how a device locally interacts with or identifies the user. We use the term “authentication” to refer to how the user is identified to a remote system over the network using CyberWallet cryptographic protocols.
To provide our Services, we may collect the following types of information:
We review our data collection, processing, and storage policies to make sure that we only collect, process, and store the personal information required to provide or improve our Services.
If we use your personal information in any fashion that is not described in this Policy, we will offer you a way to opt-out of the use of personal data for those other purposes. We will not collect or use any of your sensitive information for any purposes other than those described in this Policy.
CyberWallet does not rent, sell, or distribute your data to third parties. Your personal data is also never shared with any third party for targeted ads and never processed for user profiling. CyberWallet also doesn’t have ads.
You can decline to submit your personal information to any of our services, in which case CyberWallet will not be able to provide those services to you.
We store the data we collect on you for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which CyberWallet originally collected it, or for other legitimate business purposes, including meeting our legal, regulatory, or other compliance obligations.
If you delete your CyberWallet application or request for your information to be deleted, we may still retain some information that you have provided to us to maintain CyberWallet or to comply with relevant laws.
The period for which CyberWallet will retain personal information will vary depending on the purposes that it was collected for, and the requirements of any applicable law or regulation. Such purposes may include:
We apply several physical and electronic safeguards to keep your information safe.
These safeguards include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures, and security measures to protect against any unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. Even with all these precautions put in place, we cannot entirely rule out the possibility of wrongful access, disclosure, alteration, or deletion of data through events, including but not limited to hardware or software failure or unauthorized use.
We restrict access to personal information to CyberWallet employees. These employees are bound by obligations for confidentiality and may face disciplinary charges, including termination and/or criminal prosecution, if they fail to comply with these obligations.
We reserve the right to transfer and disclose personal data about you in connection with a possible company merger, consolidation, restructuring, financing, sale of substantially all assets, or other organizational change of CyberWallet.
Under applicable legal regulations, you have several user rights concerning your personal data.
